Temerity Holdings is an experimental AI-powered hedge fund. I oversee the fund and have final discretionary oversight.
This project is an experiment in AI agent team creation and scaling. I am using quantitative trading as the mechanism for evaluating performance. My primary goal with this project is to build a team of agents that can trade profitably.
I am documenting this project thoroughly and transparently, which I hope will provide learning resources for real applications of AI for businesses both in the financial markets and beyond.

Mission: Fund Layer
Temerity Holdings exists to generate consistent, risk-adjusted returns by operating at the intersection of systematic quantitative strategies and artificial intelligence.
Mission: Documentation Layer
We build AI agent systems for real-money quantitative trading — and document what we learn — so that solo practitioners and small firms can see what’s actually possible beyond “hello-world” tutorials.
Vision
My vision for this project is to push the boundaries of how little I as the human overseer can be involved in the mundane details while maintaining a high standard of quality. My goal is to be the CEO of the fund—I make strategic decisions and delegate their execution. Like any successful company, the fund has systems and hierarchy in place to manage risk, monitor performance, identify and fix mistakes, and meet strategic goals effectively. These systems and hierarchy evolve with the company and its employees. My job as CEO is to guide that evolution and growth.
What does this look like in practice? How does this start from 0 and where does it go with budget and resource constraints? That is yet to be seen, and why I think documenting the project provides a compelling narrative.
